philwin Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the philwin website, all associated subdomains, mobile web interfaces, and any software provided by philwin.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account held by an individual User on the Platform.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's philwin account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives issued by philwin under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that licenses and regulates philwin.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to online gambling is restricted or illegal under applicable local law.
• "Game Provider" refers to any third-party software studio whose games are made available through the philwin Platform.

By accessing the philwin Platform in any manner — including browsing without registration — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules and promotional terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

philwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the Platform or registered contact details. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on philwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR's mandatory minimum age requirement for gambling in the Philippines.
2. You are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of play.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of philwin, any affiliated company, or any Game Provider whose titles appear on the Platform, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the philwin Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform under a voluntary self-exclusion program.
6. You are of sound mind and are registering of your own free will, and are not acting under the instruction or for the benefit of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, address, or payment details — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the philwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, philwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances therein, and cancel any pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including any transactions made by persons to whom you have disclosed your login credentials. philwin strongly recommends:

• Using a strong, unique password not used for any other online service.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your registered Philippine mobile number.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any other person.
• Logging out after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Reporting any suspected unauthorized account access to philwin support immediately.

philwin reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC documentation) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or as part of routine compliance checks. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

philwin supports multiple Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.00. Payment method availability and transaction limits may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

The following rules govern all financial transactions on the philwin Platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. philwin does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's philwin wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are typically instant.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the Account, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may face withdrawal restrictions.
• philwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any withdrawal request and may delay processing pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
• philwin does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement and may not be withdrawn until such requirements are met.

philwin may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, reload credits, cashback, referral rewards, VIP tier benefits, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed registration and any required verification steps.
• Each Player is eligible to claim a welcome bonus once only. Circumventing this restriction through multiple accounts or other means will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• philwin reserves the right to specify which games contribute to Wagering Requirements, and at what contribution percentage. Live casino games, bingo, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus Funds and free spin winnings are typically capped at a maximum cashable amount as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• philwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.

All games available on the philwin Platform are governed by their respective game-specific rules as published by the applicable Game Provider. philwin makes these rules available within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• All game results produced on the philwin Platform are generated by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are subject to regular third-party auditing for fairness.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical outcomes (real cards, dice, or roulette wheels) captured via live video stream. philwin does not manipulate live dealer outcomes.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session or bet.
• All bets are final once confirmed. philwin cannot reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a material technical error is identified.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game integrity — including server disconnection, power outage, or software error — philwin will apply a fair resolution consistent with its technical error policy, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the wager amount.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the philwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register while under 21 years of age.
• Creating or using more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity theft, use of stolen payment credentials, or manipulation of payment systems.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker variants.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of or to augment human play.
• Exploiting software bugs or undocumented Platform behavior for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money, whether through deposits, game play, or withdrawals, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 and its amendments.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, live dealers, or other Players.
• Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the philwin Platform or its associated infrastructure.

philwin is committed to responsible gaming and player welfare as a core obligation under its PAGCOR license. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become harmful. The following tools and resources are available to all philwin players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications can be configured to remind Players of elapsed session time and total wagered amounts.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform may contact philwin support to initiate a self-exclusion. Once in effect, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.

All content on the philwin Platform — including but not limited to the philwin brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of philwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use the philwin brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the Platform.

Game content available on philwin remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers and is subject to their licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philwin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or funds due to technical malfunction, internet disruption, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made based on inaccurate odds, game data, or other information displayed due to technical errors, which philwin makes all reasonable efforts to prevent.
• Losses incurred through gambling activity, which is inherently probabilistic in nature.
• Service interruptions during scheduled or emergency maintenance windows.

philwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the directives of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. The collection and use of your personal data is detailed in philwin's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and service communications. philwin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

philwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a Philippine court or regulatory authority.
• Protection of the Player's own welfare, including where problem gambling indicators are identified.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, philwin may, at its discretion, forfeit some or all of the Account balance. Where closure occurs for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, outstanding real-money balances will be returned to the Player following satisfactory completion of verification, less any applicable deductions for pending charges.

Players may voluntarily close their Accounts at any time by contacting philwin support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, with any remaining real-money balance refunded to the Player's verified payment method.

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of the philwin Platform — including but not limited to game outcomes, transaction processing, or Account management — you should contact philwin support in the first instance. philwin commits to acknowledging all complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.

All game outcome disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. Supporting evidence — including screenshots, transaction references, and game round IDs — should be included where available.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through philwin's internal complaints process, Players who believe their complaint relates to a breach of PAGCOR licensing conditions may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the philwin Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

philwin's gaming operations are conducted under authorization from PAGCOR. Any regulatory matters relating to licensed gaming activities will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations and procedures.

philwin reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, philwin will notify registered Players via their registered email address or through an on-Platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the philwin Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

philwin also reserves the right to modify any game rules, bonus terms, payment policies, or other operational procedures without prior notice, provided such changes comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine law.
